StrawberryRaspberry Mojito

After spending USD12 per drink at several restaurants, I decided to re-create a fruity mojito at home. You will love this quick, easy and refreshing mojito recipe

Strawberry-Raspberry Mojito Ingredients

  • 5 fresh strawberries, hulled

  • 5 fresh raspberries

  • 1 lime, cut into 4 wedges

  • 10 mint leaves

  • 4 ice cubes

  • 1? ounces rum

  • 1? ounces simple syrup

  • 2 fluid ounces club soda, or as needed

How to Make Strawberry-Raspberry Mojito

  1. Blend strawberries and raspberries together in a blender until smooth; pour into a tall glass.

  2. Muddle 2 lime wedges and mint together in a separate glass or bowl until broken down; transfer to berry mixture. Add ice cubes and rum to glass. Squeeze the remaining 2 lime wedges over ice, pour in simple syrup, and top with club soda. Stir well.
